✅ Mode of Action

Natgen acts as a stomach and contact insecticide. Chlorantraniliprole is ingested by or comes into contact with the insect’s body and disrupts the ryanodine receptor (RyR) in insect muscles. The RyR is a protein channel that regulates the release of calcium ions, which are essential for muscle contraction. Disruption of the RyR leads to uncontrolled muscle contractions, paralysis, and eventually death of the insect.
